THIS IS HOW YOU RETURN A PRODUCT

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order (starting from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the last item).

To exercise this right, you must:

1. Notify us within 14 days by emailing support@valbofficial.com
2. Return the items within 14 days after notifying us.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
• The products must not show signs of wear, use, or damage beyond normal inspection.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is always at the customer’s expense. We do not provide free return labels.

Refund Process

• Refunds are only issued after we have received and inspected the returned items. Returned items must include track & trace or shipping evidence. 
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective product).

Exceptions: If there is a sale on our website on days such as: Black Friday, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, etc., we cannot issue a refund or give a discount on all orders placed before and already shipped. By placing the order, you as a customer agree at that time with the price that is stated on the website at that time.
